Planning our next vacations

In the mid-year vacation, I´m going to take a trip to Santa Marta with my husband and children, for this we have allocated a budget of approximately 5'500.000 for 4 days. I’m going to reserve flight tickets to take a plane with Aires, The date of departure will be July 20, 2011 at 8:45 am and we are going to return on July 23 at 7:45 pm, the cost of four round-trip tickets is $ 1'120 .000 . I'm going to stay with my family in the Hotel Zuana for 4 days and 3 nights, and we will take only a room, including breakfast and food (dinner or lunch) which costs $ 200,000 per day and per person, the total amount including the food and room service will be $ 3'200.000, the activities we are going to do in our vacation will be: 

1^st Day: We will leave Bogotá airport at 6:45 am and we will arriving to zuana hotel at 9:45 am. We are going to have breakfast in the hotel at 10:30 am; also we are going to receive the room of the hotel at 11:30 am; and then we are going to leave the hotel in order to visit the Rodadero beach we will be there until afternoon, and we will be returning to the hotel for lunch at 4:00 pm.

2nd Day: We will have breakfast in the hotel at 7:00 am and leave the hotel at 8:00 am because we are going to visit cultural sites of Santa Marta. My husband is going to hire a transport to take us to know the Quinta of San Pedro Alejandrino and The Tayrona National Park, this trip will cost $ 300,000; we are going to have lunch in White beach at 2:00 pm and the cost of lunch is approximately $ 25,000 per person, We can choose between a variety of dishes like: Barbecue Steak, Sea Bass, Seafood Casserole which come with coconut rice and plantains. We will be returning to the hotel around 8:00 pm and we are going to have dinner at the hotel around 8:45 pm.

3rd day: The schedule will be the same of the 2^nd Day. We will have breakfast in the hotel at 7:00 am, that day we will go to know the architectural sites and we will be leaving the hotel at 8:30 am we are planning to go to the San Fernando Castle, and before we are going to visit the Santo Domingo´s Convent and the Sea Aquarium, We will be arriving to the hotel around 3:30 pm and we are going to have lunch there, at night we are going to walk around town in order to know the bay, the Pibe´s sculpture, The Camellón of Bastidas, finally the port area and we hope to finish this walk on the Rodadero beaches. This plan will cost $ 400,000.

4^th day: we are going to have breakfast as usually, also we will go in the morning to the Rodadero beach at 9:00 am. In the afternoon we are going to shopping and our budget for this activity will be $300,000 and we are going to have lunch at hotel at 4:00 pm, then we will be doing our checking out of the hotel and leaving at 6:00 pm, We are going take a taxi from the hotel to the Santa Marta Airport that will cost $ 20,000, the flight will leave Santa Martha at 7:45 pm and we will be arriving to Bogota airport at 8:45 pm
